## Description
Accountability is where most organizations quietly leak speed and quality. Either we avoid the conversation because we are "too nice to each other here," or we have it in a way that puts the other person straight on the defensive. In teams that are expected to run themselves, that gap gets expensive fast.

This training builds on the foundation of Crucial Conversations® and gives you a clear method for the moment expectations and results stop lining up. You will learn to diagnose the real cause, motivation or ability, and to reach a solution together that still holds three weeks later. Not punishing people. Strengthening them.

## Audience
This training is built for:

Team leads and managers dealing with underperformance or a lack of discipline in the team.
Scrum Masters who want their team to take real ownership of the Sprint Goal.
HR professionals building a feedback culture across the organization.
Professionals who have to deliver results through people who do not report to them.

## Structure
Day 1 — Before the conversation. You analyze what is actually going on and learn to manage your own reaction. Which conversation do you need to have, and which one are you having instead?

Day 2 — During and after the conversation. You work through the gap in dialogue, remove the barriers in the way, and lock in new agreements that actually get kept.

## Approach
Classroom-based, in groups of four to twenty participants. The training is 30% theory and 70% practice: video cases, conversation simulations using your own accountability case, peer feedback and direct coaching from the trainer. You will receive the workbook, access to the digital learning environment and a set of cards with the CPR model and the conversation steps to keep within reach at your desk. You finish with the Epic People certificate of participation.
