Crucial Conversations® is not a standard communication course: it is a behavioral-science method for building psychological safety and radical candor.

At Epic People we go beyond the licensed theory. We connect the nine skills straight to your daily reality, from decision-making that stalls in Scrum teams to managing stakeholders across a complex organization. You will learn to spot silence (withdrawing) and violence (attacking) and turn both into productive dialogue.

The result is not a certificate on the wall. It is behavior that is visibly different on Monday.

## Audience
This training is built for:

## Structure
Day 1 — The foundation of dialogue. You will recognize your own style under stress. You will learn how to step out of the conversation to restore safety, and how to separate the facts from the story you tell yourself about them.

Day 2 — Mastery in practice. A deep dive into speaking up about sensitive views (STATE) and exploring the other person's path (AMPP). We close by turning dialogue into a concrete action plan.

## Approach
Classroom-based, in groups of up to twenty participants. The training is 30% theory and 70% practice: video cases, conversation simulations using your own real situations, peer feedback and direct coaching from the trainer. You will receive the Crucial Conversations® workbook, access to the digital learning environment and a set of model cards to keep the skills within reach at your desk.
