Situational Leadership® from Blanchard is the most widely used leadership model in the world because it is simple, practical and works right away.

You learn to read someone's development level for a specific task, and to switch between directing, coaching, supporting and delegating. ## Audience
This training is built for:

New managers who want a solid foundation under their leadership style.
Experienced leaders who notice their usual style does not land with everyone.

## Structure
Morning — The mirror. You map your own default style and learn to recognize the four development levels (D1 through D4) in others: per task, not per person.

Afternoon — The match. You practice matching your style to the other person's level. How do you avoid over-leading and under-leading? You close with a concrete action plan for your own team.

## Approach
Classroom-based, in groups of four to twenty participants. The training is 30% theory and 70% practice: a self-assessment of your default style, short video cases, conversation simulations built on situations from your own team, and direct feedback from the trainer and your peers. You will receive the workbook, a style card to keep on your desk and access to the digital learning environment. You finish with the Epic People certificate of participation.
