We’ll teach you how to work with professional tools such as Liberating Structures and design thinking, but we’ll go deeper than that. You’ll learn how to use your own ‘presence’ to create a safe space and how to read and steer group interactions. Whether it’s a complex PI Planning session or an emotional retrospective, you’ll be in control of the process, allowing the team to focus on the content.
