Insights Discovery

The personal Insights Discovery profile, combined with the training, gives each participant greater self-insight. Insights Discovery is a simple and accessible ‘four-colour model’ which – accompanied by a personal profile – helps people to understand more about themselves and others. Every person possesses all four colour energies; it is the combination of these energies that creates each person’s unique personality. Our colour energies refer to a range of behavioural traits that we naturally tend to display most readily or find easiest to express. It explains why it can sometimes be difficult to work with others and how you might address this by making the most of each other’s differences.
