What happened to VitalTalent?+
In 2025 VitalTalent merged with Epic Agility to form Epic People. The offering, the trainers and the quality remain — only the name changed. You'll find everything at epicpeople.nl.
Can I still take Crucial Conversations or Crucial Accountability?+
Yes. Epic People continues the full Crucial line with the same certified trainers, both open enrolment and in-company.
Do my agreements, quotes and certificates remain valid?+
Yes. All existing agreements, enrolments, quotes and earned certificates remain valid. You don't need to do anything.
I still know you as VitalSmarts Benelux — is that the same?+
Yes. VitalSmarts Benelux became VitalTalent and is now part of Epic People. Same organisation, same Crucial training and trainers — only the name changed over the years.
