SNA quality mark — NEN 4400-1
As of 29 August 2026, Epic Agility Coaching en Detachering B.V. (Dutch CoC 93316763) is listed in the Labour Standards Register. An accredited inspection body verified that we meet the Dutch SNA standards: correct remittance of payroll taxes and VAT, and the legal right to work of everyone we place.
What that means for you: hiring an Epic consultant lets you claim indemnity from hirer's liability for payroll tax and VAT, provided you deposit 25% of the invoice (including VAT) into our blocked g-account. Without the mark, the Dutch tax authority can hold you, the hirer, liable for what the supplier fails to remit.
